Who we support

Built around managed properties.

We understand that commercial grounds work is judged on attendance, presentation, communication and safe delivery—not simply whether the grass has been cut.

Managing agents

Communal grounds care for apartment blocks, estates and resident-management companies.

FM partners

Reliable local subcontracting for scheduled visits and reactive requirements.

Residential developments

Consistent upkeep of lawns, beds, hedges, paths and shared outdoor spaces.

Business and industrial parks

Presentable entrances, boundaries and landscaped areas around commercial premises.

Care and retirement sites

Considerate, tidy visits with low-noise battery equipment available where appropriate.

Hotels, schools and offices

Planned exterior presentation shaped around access, visitors and operating hours.

How we deliver

Reliable from survey to every visit.

Site-specific quotation

We inspect access, areas, current condition and presentation requirements before agreeing a clear scope.

Planned attendance

A practical visit schedule shaped around seasonal growth and the standard your property needs.

Clear accountability

Direct communication with working directors Bradley Freeman and Dean Bassi, with a clear point of contact.

Commercial compliance

Insurance, waste-carrier details, RAMS, COSHH information and training records can be supplied for onboarding.

Managed estate case study

Tonbridge grounds brought back under control.

A managed residential development in Tonbridge required an initial improvement visit followed by dependable fortnightly maintenance.

  • Overgrown hedges and vegetation reduced
  • Communal beds cleared and redefined
  • Paths and working areas left tidy
  • Ongoing fortnightly visits established

Planning your service

A maintenance specification built around your site.

Agree the annual schedule

We discuss grass areas, hedge lengths, planting beds, access and seasonal work before quoting. Visit frequency is agreed for your site: growing-season mowing, hedge work and autumn leaf clearance can be planned separately within the specification.

Know what is included

Your quotation can distinguish routine visits from an initial clearance, replacement planting and additional remedial work. Access arrangements, removal of green waste and the required presentation standard are agreed before work starts.

Agree reporting before the first visit

Tell us what your managing agent or residents’ committee needs. Photographic updates and reporting arrangements can be agreed as part of the scope, with additional work discussed before it proceeds.

Before and after communal hedge maintenance by Tranquility Group

Managed residential grounds in Tonbridge

Our work at a managed development has included cutting back overgrown hedges, clearing communal planting beds and tidying access routes, followed by fortnightly maintenance. We carry out this work as a subcontractor.

The photographs show the condition before and after the work. Each new site is assessed separately so the initial improvements and ongoing visit schedule reflect its needs.
