The requirement
Heavy growth had reduced definition and made the communal landscape appear neglected. The work needed to restore control while respecting paths, boundaries and surrounding property.
Case study • Commercial estate grounds
A substantial communal area required focused cutting back and a clear finish suitable for ongoing planned maintenance.
Project overview
Heavy growth had reduced definition and made the communal landscape appear neglected. The work needed to restore control while respecting paths, boundaries and surrounding property.
Hedges and vegetation were cut back in stages, lines were re-established and generated green waste was cleared from the working area.
The photographs show clearer boundaries, improved access and a much more manageable base for repeat grounds maintenance.
The finished area can be supported by a planned maintenance schedule shaped around season, growth and required presentation.
